  • Our core London network is currently suffering from downtime - we are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency.

    Our network provider are experiencing high load on the network stack which is causing the issues we are experiencing.  They are working to resolve this as soon as possible.  We apologise for any inconvenience and will continue to monitor.

    Update : 19:30

    Unfortunately, the network remains unstable at present.  We're awaiting an ETA from our network provider.

    We've been informed by our provider that the cause of the instability has been found and rectified.  We will continue to monitor closely.  Sorry about the downtime.

  • During the above time slot, sites on the blue server will be migrated to new hardware as part of our current round of upgrades.

    Whilst we don't anticipate any downtime, we would advise against any updates to your site during this time period to avoid issues as the DNS updates.
