If you've registered a new domain name with us, then this is done for you automatically. If, however, you've transferred a domain to us, you'll need to update the DNS servers. We don't do this automatically, as webmasters often want to schedule the transfer of their hosting for a suitable time.
First, log in to your account at https://my.netweaver.uk
On the homepage, select the 'Domains' option.
Click where it says 'Active' in green, next to the domain you wish to update.
From the menu on the left, select 'Nameservers'
From the menu that appears, select 'Use default nameservers', then click the blue 'Change Nameservers'
Your nameservers will be updated, and you'll receive a green confirmation message on the screen.
